Learning how to create luminous and glowing watercolor paintings isa fun and challenging process! Join this ONLINE basic watercolor class to learn how to create layered washes, enlightening glazes, mixing neutral colors, and subtle transitions that make watercolor so appealing. In this course we will look at ways to understand various basic techniques of watercolor painting. With these basic fundamentals, students will learn how to paint various landscapes.
Subject for this course is Setting Intentions:LIGHT & SHADOW
In this class, students will learn various techniques to find a natural rhythm with the watercolor medium, how to create movement through the landscape, identify powerful focal points, and mix fun and interesting new colors! Subject matter will include various landscapes including cloudy skies, oceans scapes, forests, open fields, reflections, and other various scenes from nature that have dramatic light and shadow.
